I have the worst cramps in the entire world and not much helps. I bought this stuff as an add on to my order and I love it! I rub it on my lower abdomen/ovary area all the time right before my period and during. Not sure if it truly helps but my cramps are definitely better and I take it everywhere with me when its "that time"!
