Shipping
Orders within Canada
- All on-line orders are processed within 3-5 business days and are shipped from Victoria B.C. Canada
- All orders within the Greater Victoria area are delivered by Geazone eco-couriers.
- All orders in Canada, but outside of Greater Victoria are shipped by UPS, Purolator or Canada Post.
- Orders to rural locations & post office boxes will be delivered with Canada Post.
- Please note that due to the Canada Post rotating strike, parcels shipped with Canada Post do not have a guaranteed delivery date.
- If Free Shipping is selected a courier will be chosen based on location and delivery date.
- If you choose to pay for shipping, you can select your preferred courier.
- Orders over $125 (before tax) will be shipped for FREE within Canada. Orders under $125 will be charged based on size, weight and destination of the package.
- Depending on the destination, orders may arrive anywhere between 2-10 business days after they are placed.
- Please double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase. Nezza Naturals is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However we will do our best to help locate any lost packages. Please contact your local post office first to see if they are holding your item.
- After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number for your parcel.

Orders to the USA

Orders Internationally (excluding USA)
- Shipping rates will vary depending on size, weight and destination country. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
- All orders are shipped by DHL by air and are tracked.
- All orders are processed within 3 business days and are shipped out of our location in Victoria BC.
- Please double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase.
- Nezza Naturals is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we will always do our best to help you locate a missing package.
- Please note that all orders are charged in Canadian dollars. If shopping in the USA, your credit card will automatically determine the exchange rate for you at the time of purchase and you will see the actual amount you were charged on your credit card statement.
Plastic Free Packaging
At Nezza Naturals we are trying to reduce plastic waste and therefore when you open your package you will not find any plastic in the packing supplies. This means you can recycle and even compost all the packing.

Returns
In-Store Exchange Policy
We strive to create products that you love – so if you are not 100% happy with the products or you have any concerns we would be happy to help.
- Items that are in their original packaging are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds.
- In order for us to complete an exchange, we require the original receipt or the customer account that was used on the original transaction.
Online Exchange Policy
We truly want you to be happy with your Nezza Naturals purchase. We understand that with online orders the opportunity to handle the products and getting the full Nezza experience is missed. We do our best to offer smaller sizes of most of our products as an opportunity to try a product before purchasing a full size.
If a product is purchased and you decide it is not for you, we offer an exchange or store credit on products for 30 days after delivery. The sender is responsible for return postage fees, but we will cover the shipment of the new item to you. We recommend using a tracking number and ensuring your parcel has insurance in case of loss or damage. All product returns require approval.
To initiate this process, please contact us directly at info@nezzanaturals.com and our team will collect details from you and provide guidance about next steps.
Please note:
- Returns will be accepted only from the original purchaser. Nezza Naturals cannot offer returns on products that were the result of purchases from a re-sale.
- Returned products must be received and accounted for at our Victoria, BC location before credit notes or replacements can be sent out. Replacements or credit notes will be issued within 10 calendar days of receipt at our Victoria, BC location.
- Nezza Naturals does not offer credit notes for products that were sent out at no charge to the original order.
- Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Order processing errors
Although we strive for accuracy and do our best to prevent any fulfillment errors, mistakes may happen from time to time. If you have an error with your shipment (incorrect or missing item) please email us at info@nezzanaturals.com as soon as possible with a description of the issue and a photo if applicable. We'd be happy to correct the issue!
Note: Please ensure you double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase. Nezza Naturals is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages due to entry errors during customer checkout. However, we will always do our best to help locate them.
Damaged Items
If a product is found damaged as result of shipping, please contact us at info@nezzanaturals.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please include a detailed description of the damage along with a photo.
