What is a subscription?
Think of a subscription as your personal restock routine—no stress, no running out. You pick the products you love, and we'll make sure they arrive just when you need them. It’s a little ritual of self-care delivered right to your door.
How does it work?
Getting started is super easy:
- Pick your faves: Browse and select the items that you use on a regular basis, click the Subscribe option to save 5% on every order.
- Choose how often: Whether it’s every month, 3 months, or 6 months—it's totally up to you.
- Check out and relax: Add your subscription to the cart, complete your order, and have them shipped, ready for pickup, to be delivered to your door on a schedule that works for you.
From there, we’ll take care of the rest, and you’ll have your essentials showing up like clockwork.
Can I pause my subscription?
Of course! Life ebbs and flows, and so can your subscription. If you need to hit the pause button, you can easily do that in your account settings. When you’re ready to pick back up, we’ll be here for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We get it—sometimes you just need to make a change. Canceling is as easy as:
- Logging into your Nezza Naturals account.
- Heading to “Manage Subscriptions.”
- Clicking “Cancel” next to the subscription you want to end.
No hard feelings and no sneaky fees—just freedom and flexibility.
Can I make changes to my subscription?
Yes! Your subscription is meant to fit your lifestyle, so you can adjust it anytime you like. Whether you need to:
- Shift the delivery schedule,
- Add or swap out products,
- Or update your payment and shipping info.
It’s all in your control—just log in and make the tweaks in the “Manage Subscriptions” section.
Can I pick up my subscription in-store or have it delivered locally?
Absolutely! We love connecting with our community:
- In-store pickup: If you love visiting us in person, just choose "Pickup" at checkout, and your subscription will be ready when you are.
- Local delivery: For those in our local delivery zone, select "Local Delivery" at checkout, and we’ll bring the goodness straight to your door.
