How to Use

Essential oils have tiny molecules, when inhaled are able to reach the olfactory area of the brain in the limbic system. The limbic system is linked to memories, emotions, hormones, sexuality and heart rate. Direct Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle for fast results. Diffuser: Add 5-15 drops to a diffuser. Absorption through skin: Essential oil molecules are also able to penetrate the skin and pass into the capillary blood. It is very beneficial to add them to massage oils, lotions, skin care etc. Bath: Add a few drops of essential oil to your bath water and enjoy benefits through both topical absorption and inhalation. Note: Always dilute essential oils in carrier oil or lotion before using directly on the skin. In acute situations there are some essential oils that are safe to use directly on the skin.
