Essential oils have tiny molecules, when inhaled are able to reach the olfactory area of the brain in the limbic system. Honestly love all Nezza Natural oils - and it's so much fun mixing and matching them for oil diffusers around my home. I also love using these oils in my bath - soaking in them is relaxing, peaceful and serene.

As a woman nearing 60 this oil is amazing for the 'post-menopause' era. Love it!
