How to Use

DIFFUSER: Add 5-15 drops to your ultrasonic diffuser, ceramic diffuser, scentball or car diffuser to disperse essential oils throughout space.
BATH: Add 3-8 drops to your bath water and enjoy! MASSAGE: Add 5 drops per 30ml of carrier oil or lotion and massage onto skin.
INHALATION: Inhale directly from the bottle for immediate effects.

It was just what I needed for my baths and felt so good on my muscles. I mixed it with some jojoba to make a nice massage oil too.

I cannot use over the

I cannot use over the counter pain meds because of allergies to chemicals. I am glad I gave this a try. Finally found something to help with my aches and pains. I use it in my bath or just add to my body oil. Bought a bottle for my daughters also. Will definitely be purchasing again.
