How to Use

Absorption through skin: Essential oil molecules are also able to penetrate the skin and pass into the capillary blood. It is very beneficial to add them to massage oils, lotions, skin care etc. Bath: Add a few drops of essential oil to your bath water and enjoy benefits through both topical absorption and inhalation. Note: Always dilute essential oils in carrier oil or lotion before using directly on the skin. In acute situations there are some essential oils that are safe to use directly on the skin.
