Essential oils have tiny molecules, when inhaled are able to reach the olfactory area of the brain in the limbic system. The limbic system is linked to memories, emotions, hormones, sexuality and heart rate. Direct Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle for fast results. Diffuser: Add 5-15 drops to a diffuser. Absorption through skin: Essential oil molecules are also able to penetrate the skin and pass into the capillary blood. I didn’t know this essential oil existed. I bought 3 bottles because I like the scent. It’s slightly floral and woody, both subtle. Would be good on its own or in a blend.
