Orders withing Canada

Processing time: All online orders are processed within 3-5 business days and are shipped from Victoria, BC, Canada.

Shipping Rates: Orders over $125 (before tax) will be shipped for FREE within Canada. Orders under $125 will be charged based on size, weight and destination of the package.

Shipping Estimate: Depending on the destination within Canada, orders may arrive anywhere between 2-10 business days after they are placed.

Shipping Carrier: Deliveries within Greater Victoria will be delivered by Geazone Eco-Courier. There is no tracking for this but you will be notified when your order has been set aside for pick up. It typically is next business day for delivery to your door once the order has been put aside for pick up. 

 All orders within Canada and outside of Greater Victoria are shipped via Canada Post.

Shipping Address: Please double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase. Nezza Naturals is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or if address was entered incorrectly. However we will do our best to help locate any lost packages. Please contact your local post office first to see if they are holding your item.

Shipping Confirmation: After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number for your parcel if you are within Canada and outside the Greater Victoria area.
