Direct Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle for fast results. Absorption through skin: Essential oil molecules are also able to penetrate the skin and pass into the capillary blood. It is very beneficial to add them to massage oils, lotions, skin care etc Bath: Add a few drops of essential oil to your bath water and enjoy benefits through both topical absorption and inhalation Note: If you have the 10% dilution in organic jojoba oil and you can put directly on the skin or dilute further in a carrier oil or lotion.
