MASSAGE OIL: Use as a body massage oil - apply as needed. 
BODY MOISTURIZER: Apply to dry or slightly damp skin as needed. 
BATH OIL: Add 1 tsp oil to bath water and enjoy! Be careful when getting out of the bath as it can make the bathtub slippery. 
CARRIER OIL: Carrier oils are used to dilute essential oils and carry them to your skin because pure essential oils are potent and can cause irritation when applied directly to your skin. The amount of essential oil you use depends on the type of essential oil you are using and the purpose of application. 
USE IN SKINCARE RECIPES: Try using in soaps, body scrubs, salves, lip balms, lotions, creams and more 
STORAGE TIPS: Refrigerate or keep in cool/dark area to lengthen its shelf life. It can be combined with vitamin E oil to help extend the shelf life.

Muscle Rellief Massage Oil

I love this oil and take it with me to my massage therapist to use on my. The only thing I would prefer is that the bottle doesn’t have the sprayer as it doesn’t get used like that. Or at least have an option to have a sprayer or not. This was a refill to my smaller bottle. Thanks for the quick shipping and I can’t see me getting a massage without this oil.

Hip pain and sore muscles relieved!

I have been struggling with hip and leg pain for a few years now. I finally had a hip replacement and that took care of it. BUT, I was going through ibuprofen and Tylenol like crazy and using Voltaren to ease the pain. Then I found this product. I ended up buying it by the litre and would use it every night before bed and sometimes during the day. It is amazing! It smells alot better than Voltaren too :)
