DIFFUSER: Add 5-15 drops to your ultrasonic diffuser, ceramic diffuser, scentball or car diffuser to disperse essential oils throughout space.
BATH: Add 3-8 drops to your bath water and enjoy! MASSAGE: Add 5 drops per 30ml of carrier oil or lotion and massage onto skin.
INHALATION: Inhale directly from the bottle for immediate effects 
CAUTIONS: Not to be used pure on the skin - always dilute before topical application. Use with children 6+

Natural cough medicine!

This blend is incredible! Our family recently had Covid and the only thing that helped our cough at night was diffusing this blend! Especially myself, who has asthma. Highly recommend for cold/flu/Covid season! Will help you get good rest! 💙
