Using a facial oil keeps your skin deeply moisturized and nourished, and locks in hydration and benefits from your cream or previous products. Facial oils can also target specific concerns, such as redness, dryness, or acne.

The final step in your routine is to apply any spot treatments for acne, hyperpigmentation, or dryness. This would also be the time to apply a deeply moisturizing lip balm or oil.
