Christmas shopping on-line? Please keep in mind that Canada post cannot guarantee that parcels will arrive before Dec.24. Please let us know if you need a package to arrive before Christmas and we will do our best to get it there on time!

All shipments are delivered via Canada Post. Our goal is to have all orders out the door within 48 hours.

Shipping costs and delivery times are determined by Canada Post and are approximate.  We do our best to stay stocked up but occasionally we temporarily sell out of a product and if this happens, you will be notified right away.

Returns:

We strive to create products that our customers love - so if you are not 100% happy with the products or you have any concerns we would be happy to help. Items that are in their original packaging and un-used are eligible for a full refund. If an item has been used, we are happy to offer store credit.

Larger sizes:

At Nezza Naturals we offer a range of sizes for most of our products. The essential oils, carrier oils, shampoos, conditioners, liquid soaps and cleaning products are available in larger sizes and even bulk quantities. We do not list them on-line because of the difference in shipping costs associated with these items.  If you are interested in larger sizes, please email or call us for a price list.
